This Easter I will make my special eggs,
and give them out to those
who have no shelter upon their heads,
and have only one change of clothes,
To those who sleep out in the cold night air,
with cardboard as their bed,
to those who have no food to eat,
no money, no way to fend,
Yes this Easter I will give my eggs
and along with them my heart,
to those special people we often forget
around the Easter start,
this Easter hold out your hand
and show them that you care,
Every small egg that's given,
will answer someone's prayer,
When next you walk down the street
and see those in need,
Remember one small egg is all it takes,
to make a reality of a cherished dream
